Director Q. Quattro is an award-winning music video and commercial director who relocated to Los Angeles from Pennsylvania where he attended Pittsburgh Filmmakers in Pennsylvania. During his time there is founded an independent production company, Topsy Turvy Films, which was passionate about providing underrepresented local artists a place to polish their creative skills.

In order to continue with his directorial aspirations, he made the cross country move to Los Angeles. He quickly began training under some of the industry’s hottest directors and editors who introduced him to the production and editorial sides of the music video and commercial industry. He takes great pride in his work and was given 1st Place for Best Music Video at the 10th Annual Hollywood Black Film Festival in 2009.
